This class of membership is aimed towards independent technology consultants and other individuals from small organizations with business interests in law firm technology, in order to:

  w Expand the ALISM membership roles to encompass private individuals who have an active

        business interest in information technology in law firms.
  w Broaden the interests and networking possibilities of ALISM to its members.
  w Provide a formal and professional mechanism for non-law firm professionals to benefit from

        ALISM programs and activities.

  w Privilege to state in a professional manner that Business Partner is a Business Partner

        Member of ALISM in any or all public advertising or other public documentation.
  w Privilege to maintain a non-disruptive presence at all ALISM general membership functions.
  w Privileges to attend all general ALISM monthly meetings, subject to all fees and costs paid

        by the general membership.
